We all aspire to grow wiser, braver, and stronger. However, growing into a more mature version of yourself does not entail that only beautiful things will happen. There will be plenty of roadblocks making the journey rough and patchy, but it does not mean that it won’t be worth it.
For the past year of intermittent operations, I was contented with just being able to get my resin art and food craft out there. Many things were charged to experience. But with human nature in the picture, I continued to grow my ambitions for H+H. The outcome of which relied heavily on me as the proprietor, thus, I decided to invest in myself through education.
I learned more thanks to the people who share their expertise. One of the things I am still wrapping my head around is all the math and accounting associated with running a business.
Definitely not a beautiful thing to see me frustrated with the numbers. But without this, I cannot create a concrete plan for H+H’s growth.

open our space to a team member
move operations from our home to a dedicated area
welcome new partner makers
And while this is exciting, 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲. 𝗧𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀.

provide an opportunity for our new team member to earn after losing his job due to the pandemic
serve as a platform for our partner makers to extend their reach
and provide better products and services for you.
So, while growing is not lovely in all its aspects, it is better than staying stagnant.
